If the software cannot be activated, a technical issue prevents use, or a purchase was made twice by mistake, please contact us within 14 days after purchase.
Ben's Toolbox is digital software. Where immediate access or activation is provided, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited depending on your country. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may request additional order information before a refund can be completed.
Refunds may be declined if the license has demonstrably been used and there is no technical or statutory refund reason.
